Loving Your Neighbor with Dementia
By the end of 2015, more than 5,000,000 Americans were living with dementia. This number is expected to increase in the years ahead as the population ages.
Situated in a culture that gives little worth to the elderly and even less worth to those who are both elderly and ailing, how should the church respond to people with dementia? More specifically, what might it look like for the church love our neighbor with dementia?
