How should worship, justice, and reconciliation be related not just in theory, but in practice?

Jesus says “If you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.”  What should this really look like among us? What if the offender is an entire congregation? Or an entire people group? How should worship, justice, and reconciliation be related not just in theory, but in practice? What difference could this make for your congregation?
