Hi! I am Megan and I am a Senior studying geography and political science. I originally am from London, England, but am loving my time at Calvin and in Michigan so far. I love being outside, the beach, ice cream and Gilmore Girls. I am super excited to get to know you all this coming year and I am praying for you all as you prepare for the fall!

Hi everyone! My name is Alexis Mahler and I am a Senior studying Special Education. I am from Fremont, Ohio and some things I love to do in my free time are crocheting, coloring, going on walks, and spending time with my friends and family. I have loved my time in the MLC and have appreciated the amazing community it has brought me. I am so excited to meet the incoming freshman and continue serving and learning in the MLC.

Hello, my name is Christopher Kingdom Grier II. I am a political science and religion major here at Calvin. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, playing spades or uno, or watching a really good movie. I deeply love to study the Bible to try and better understand the character and nature of God. I also love to sing. There is a very big chance that if you ever pass me and I am by myself then I am singing gospel music. I am always trying to engage in Kingdom work, in all capacities of life (I hope you caught the joke). Blessings!

Clara Parker is a junior studying Special Education with minors in Social Work and Music. Her favorite on-campus activities include leading chapels, singing in Gospel Choir, being involved with Calvin Theatre Company, and worshipping with the 7:9 project. The MLC has been a formative part of Clara’s Calvin experience, and she is thrilled to get to continue to be a part of it as a peer leader this year.

Hey y'all! My name is Caynon Love and I'm a Senior double majoring in Finance and Strategic Communications. I love Jesus, thrifting, and basketball. I attend Berkley Hills Church and will be doing a residency there this fall. I'm super involved on campus also! I have been a senator on Student Senate, Vice President of the Black Student Union, IMPACT orientation Leader, and a member of the CISD Ambassadors Team. Meeting new people is one of my favorite things, and I am so excited to get to know you all!
