Details

We are united in our desire to see young people be an integral part of and leaders in the church. The question is, how? In this session, we drew from the work, experiences, and research of seven Latin leaders whose congregations and parachurch groups are leadership incubators for young people in their communities. We explored practical concepts to expand our imaginations and know-how in fostering innovation in the church towards developing young leaders.
