As your grant project progresses, you might find you need to revise your budget. This can happen if costs change or if your learning leads you to take your work in a different direction. While the total amount of a Vital Worship, Vital Preaching grant can never increase, budgets for different facets of a project can be revised within the allotted amount.
Please get CICW’s approval on budget revisions before shifting your spending. To submit a request, please email worshipgrants@calvin.edu with an explanation of the revisions you need, along with an updated Excel budget form.
