Stephen Martin

Stephen Martin is an associate professor of music and the director of the worship studies program at Azusa Pacific University. He is also the founding director of the Angeles Worship Initiative, located at APU, with events such as Worship Arts Lab, Angeles Worship Summit, Songwriting Academy, and Worship Forum. He has worked in worship ministry and leadership for more than twenty-five years and has scored music for film, symphonic orchestra, big band, vocal jazz ensemble, and chamber groups. He earned a DCM degree from Claremont Graduate University and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
