Justin B. Fung

Justin B. Fung serves as the pastor of leadership and spiritual formation at Christ City Church in Washington, DC, where he gets to live out his passion for discipleship and spiritual formation that is evidenced by justice and peace, particularly in multicultural, multiethnic, and multiclass contexts. A pastor for over a dozen years and an urban liturgist for more than two decades, Rev. Dr. Fung also serves as the chair of the board of trustees for the V3 church planting movement, on the advisory council for the Fuller Center for Spiritual Formation, and on the Mayor's Interfaith Council in Washington, DC. He is the author of Learning to Live (learningtolive.app), a curriculum for cultivating spiritual transformation in multiethnic contexts. Born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in London and in Pasadena, California, Justin now lives in the Trinidad neighborhood of Washington, DC, with his wife, Carolyn, and their two children.
