Jonathan A. Powers

Jonathan A. Powers is the Assistant Professor of Worship Studies and the Associate Dean of the E. Stanley Jones School of Mission and Ministry at Asbury Theological Seminary. His research focuses on the intersection of liturgy and spiritual formation in the life of the church. He has written numerous chapters, articles, and blog posts, and served as the general editor of the hymnal Our Great Redeemer's Praise and the book New Life in the Risen Christ: A Wesleyan Theology of Baptism.
