Joseph Nyamutera is the founder and director of Rabagirana Ministries in Kigali, Rwanda. After a Bth in Theology at Negst, Nairobi, and a Masters in Organizational Leadership in Africa International University Nairobi, he was awarded a Honorary Doctorate of Divinity by Logos University in Florida. Today, Rev. Nyamutera leads the global network of Healing Heart, Transforming Nations and also serves as an Advisor with World Evangelical Alliance (Peace and Reconciliation Network).

Many of these resources, initially created for an immediate response to specific events, may be adapted or may help provide ideas for similar resources for other natural disasters or for services remembering these events.
