Profiles

Nancy L. deClaissé-Walford is professor emerita of Old Testament and Biblical languages at Mercer University School of Theology. She is the author of numerous articles and books on Psalms, including The Book of Psalms (New International Commentary on the Old Testament) and Psalms: Books 4–5 (Wisdom Commentary). She and her husband live on their hundred-acre family farm in southern Indiana. When she is not researching and writing, she enjoys vegetable gardening and canning and freezing the bounty.
