Rebecca Tellinghuisen lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she teaches Latin at Trinitas Classical School. She also works as a freelance writer of curriculum, liturgical resources, and contemplative reflections and prayers. She serves as a worship consultant and writer for her church, Fifth Reformed. She is currently pursuing a DMin at Western Theological Seminary ("Performing the Bible" cohort), where she is exploring the pedagogical nature of embodied encounters with Scripture. A lover of stories and storytelling, Tellinghuisen seeks to present biblical stories in ways that stir and grow the imagination.
