Mark Charles

Come learn from the leaders of Beneficent Congregational Church (United Church of Christ) and Mark Charles, Navajo Christian leader.Mark Charles is a speaker, writer, and consultant from Fort Defiance, AZ, located on the Navajo Reservation.

The son of an American (of Dutch heritage) and a Navajo, he seeks to understand the complexities of American history regarding race, culture, and faith in order to help forge a path of healing and reconciliation for the nation (www.wirelesshogan.com).

The workshop will also feature Annawon Weeden (performer, educator and Mashpee Wampanog leader) and Raymond “Two Feathers” Watson (Eastern Medicine Singers).

The event is open to the public. There is a $10 registration fee.
