Join Common Hymnal, a vibrant online community of creatives on the margins of the Christian faith, for a night of worship, in a movement of honest expression and collective transformation.

Common Hymnal brings together songwriters, poets, storytellers, and thought leaders whose work speaks honestly and powerfully to the intersections of life, justice, and spirituality. Each year, Common Hymnal curates and releases a collection of original songs that are more than music; they are calls to action, psalms of lament, anthems of hope, and liturgies of resistance. With lyrics that are intentional, prophetic, and deeply personal, these songs capture a deep hunger for faith that is real, rooted, and relevant. As the demand to experience this music in person has grown, artists from the Common Hymnal community have been gathering to share their work through live events around the country. Their performances offer a soundtrack for those seeking authentic faith and a more just, generous world.

This event is free and open to the public and is offered in partnership with the Student Activities Office of Calvin University. Doors will open at 7:30 PM.
