Kathy Smith is interim director of the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship and director of personnel and grantmaking programs for the Institute. She administers the Vital Worship, Vital Preaching Grants Program and serves on the executive team that oversees Institute programming and staffing. She is an ordained minister in the Reformed Church in America, and an adjunct professor of ministry leadership at Calvin University, teaching in the Calvin Prison Initiative program.
