Joyce Ann Zimmerman is director of the Institute for Liturgical Ministry in Dayton, Ohio, and author of Worship with Gladness: Understanding Worship from the Heart. She is a former member of the Vital Worship Grants board for the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship.
