David M. Bailey is a culture-maker, consultant, and speaker who helps leaders and organizations move beyond reactivity toward wise discernment and embodied transformation. Drawing on spiritual formation, organizational leadership, systems thinking, and the arts, he creates environments where people can stay present under pressure, navigate real tension, and make meaningful progress together.

Bailey is the founder and chief vision officer (CVO) of Arrabon, a national organization that equips leaders and communities to pursue healing and reconciliation. For more than 20 years, his work has engaged faith communities, universities, philanthropies, civic leaders, and corporate clients. He has been recognized with Duke University’s Traditioned Innovation Award and the Locke Innovative Leader Award and was featured in The New York Times for his leadership in community formation.

Bailey's greatest honor is being married to his wonderful wife, Joy.
