From Blogs to Tweets: Wise Use of Social Networking Technology in Your Worshiping Community

Social networking tools like Facebook and Twitter are changing the way we connect, stay in touch, and share ideas and resources. What are the benefits and what are the dangers of these tools for churches and organizations? How can we use these tools to strengthen connections among members, and to reach out to new audiences? This presentation featured examples and guidance based on what some churches are doing.

Presented at the 2010 Calvin Symposium on Worship.

I think that the internet has positives and negatives, i think it just depends on how we as the users decide to use it, if we want to share our personal beliefs of Jesus Christ on our Facebook then we can, if we want to complain about our life we can, this leaves the outcome in the hands of the user, if we feel it is important to share the Gospel then we can, and by doing so we have the opportunity to change lives Thank you Brandon Lott
