Nicole Saint-Victor is the Director of Multicultural Engagement at Trinity Christian College and an affiliate faculty in the Music Department. Nicole has received recognitions both on campus and in broader higher education settings. She recently partnered with Emily Bosscher to develop Renovate: Accessible Leadership Development, LLC, to help organizations develop transformational leaders by disrupting their established patterns of behavior
