Faith & Leadership aims to strengthen the practice of Christian leadership through video interviews with transformative leaders, theological reflections, in-depth articles and stories, and reading lists. Its companion blog, Call & Response, offers a daily roundup of news and ideas, as well as commentary from a seminary president, several pastors and a sociologist of religion.

Faith & Leadership is just one offering of Leadership Education, whose purpose is to cultivate thriving communities that are signs, foretastes and instruments of the reign of God. Engaging multiple disciplines, Leadership Education designs and delivers educational services that develop three interrelated capacities:
- Traditioned innovation, rooted in the story of the Trinity that invigorates the present and envisions the future by honoring the church’s past.
- Transformative leadership, responsive to God through the development of virtues and practices, that equips people to advance the church’s mission.
- Vibrant institutions, led by hopeful and imaginative people that act as bearers of tradition incubators of leadership and laboratories of learning.
Leadership Education works in partnership with Christian leaders throughout the church, from laity and congregational clergy to those who lead the organizations that shape and support them. Those institutions include judicatories, seminaries, non-profits and educational enterprises.
