Deborah Lemmen

Deborah Lemmen serves as the Program Director of New City Kids in Jersey City, NJ. Deborah is a Licensed Social Worker and launched the CityReins program in 2014, which introduces teenagers to horses and builds communication skills through Equine-Assisted Learning. Deborah is passionate about working with teenagers and families.
