| Cancellation policy and fee Send an email by February 1, 2013 to worshipsymposium@calvin.edu with “cancellation” in the subject line (no cancellations over the phone, please). After January 16, no refunds are available on the lunches, dinners, or shuttle service. |

Travel and Accommodations
A basic shuttle service to and from the conference (morning and evening times) will be provided from these two hotels for a fee of $40 (payable on the registration form).
