Reggie Smith is the Director of Diversity at the Christian Reformed Church in North America. He advises churches and organizations on cross-cultural and urban ministry. He has written extensively through devotionals, articles, book reviews, and web articles as a senior pastor over the past 20 years. He has spoken widely as guest preacher, seminary professor, and workshop leader. He also partners with the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship in the areas of faith, work, and worship; universal design for worship; urban ministry; and justice issues.
