Betty Grit served as manager of the Worship Renewal Grants Program for the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship. She retired in 2013.

Highlights of her responsibilities include consulting with past and current grant recipients and presenting workshops at the Calvin Symposium on Worship and in schools and churches throughout North America to share what grant recipients are doing and learning. She co-authored the book Accessible Gospel, Inclusive Worship.
