Joel Magus P.  Navarro

Joel Magus P. Navarro is a Filipino-American conductor and music educator. He is one of the Philippines’ most esteemed conductors. He is also a composer, singer, arranger, choral clinician, and music minister. He teaches and leads the Master in Church Music Program in Choral Conducting at Singapore Bible College. Previously he served a professor of music at Calvin University.
